How to check my points?
It's easy to check your points. To do so, make sure you are logged into your account via the icon located top right of screen. Then simply click on the pink 'Rewards' launcher on the bottom right of your screen, your current number of points will be shown.
Please note: in order to earn points you must be signed up with an email and password. If you haven't done this, please do so here. Once you are a member of the Closet Circle, the 'Rewards' launcher will show all relevant information, like points, order history + your birthdate!
How to redeem my points?
You redeem reward points by using them to receive discounts or other perks at checkout.
You can see your points balance at your 'Rewards' launcher located bottom right of screen. Simply click on 'ways to redeem' and you will be presented a number of options based on how many points you have accumulated. Clicking on which offer you wish to redeem will present you with a discount code.
Copy this discount and then paste it into the discount code field at checkout.
I followed you on social media but I did not receive my reward points?
To receive your reward points from following us on social media/s, you must go through the link on your 'Rewards' launcher, located bottom right of screen. Unfortunately, these platforms don't allow us to directly track social media actions, so points are awarded based on your engagement through your rewards section.
This mistake can happen easily, and is just as easy to fix! Email our team and we will be happy to rectify this for you.
Will my points expire?
All of your points will expire if you have not earned or redeemed points for a continuous period of 1 year.
We will always warn you before your points expire though!
How to add my Birthday to my membership?
To add your Birthday to your rewards, you will need to navigate to the 'Rewards' launcher, find the 'ways to earn' or 'edit date' section, and enter your Birthday date. Be mindful that birthdates can only be entered once and cannot be changed + make sure to enter it at least 30 days in advance.
Please note: Allow up to 24 hours after your birthday for your discount code to be applied to your account.
My points won't add to my cart?
If you are experiencing issues using your code, it may be because your reward code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
It's possible that you have already applied your code to a previous order. If you have already redemeed points/trying to use a code that has already been claimed, try refreshing your account/app.

How long does it take for points to appear in my rewards account?
Reward points for purchases will be updated in your account within minutes of placing your order. Points for social media follows may require a little more time, but these should appear within 15 minutes.
Please note: if you are not logged into your account before placing an order the program will not register your points. We understand mistakes happen, so if you simply forget, please email us so our team can help!
