When choosing a garment online, select “Express Postage” when checking out to have an outfit delivered right to your doorstep.

Express Australia Post satchels are delivered within 1-2 business days depending on the customers location. *

Express return postage costs $29.00. ** This include postage to the customer, a pre-filled return label and forward insurance.



Bond

A bond fee is charged to all postal orders. This amount is completely refundable upon return of the garment pending all Terms & Conditions have been met.

To ensure a quick and easy bond refund process please ensure the garment is returned unwashed and undamaged and the parcel is lodged at the post office before 3pm on the next business day following the event. The bond will be returned within 48 hours of TCCH receiving the outfit.



Shipping + Returns

TCCH ship from Adelaide Metro 5061. All parcels are sent via Australia Post (AP). Because AP are a third party, TCCH cannot be held responsible for any delays after lodging the parcel or if the customer lists an incorrect postal address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postage timeframes are checked on the AP website prior to hiring a garment and if additional shipping timeframe needs to be allowed for rural areas the customer must raise this request with TCCH. 

All weekend Hires are lodged at the post office on Wednesday unless otherwise arranged. A tracking number will be provided as proof of lodgement, customers are urged to keep updated with the location of the parcel and contact TCCH immediately if any delays are suspected.

Of course, TCCH also offer postage for mid-week hires. Please contact us to discuss a mid-week postal Hire option.

AP may take parcels to the nearest post office if nobody is at the postal address to accept it. It is recommend that customers select a shipping address where someone will be present to accept the parcel. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure packages are delivered to a safe location and any lost/stolen items are treated the same way as a destroyed outfit.

Following the event, the garment is to be lodged at a post office in the pre-filled return satchel included with the garment. Garments must be lodged at a post office by 3pm on the business day immediately following the event date. Packages placed in post boxes and not lodged at AP post offices are not insured for any loss/damage that may be incurred on the return journey and payable by the customer. Please DO NOT put the parcel in a red post box.
